PDF Table to Excel Conversion

I'm looking for someone to convert a 140-page PDF document containing mixed data into an editable Excel spreadsheet. The task involves:
- Transferring both text and numerical data accurately from the PDF to Excel.
- Maintaining the same layout in the Excel file as in the PDF.
The Excel file does not require any specific formatting or styles, so default Excel formatting will be sufficient.
Ideal candidates for this project should:
- Have experience in data entry and PDF to Excel conversions.
- Be detail-oriented to ensure that data is transferred accurately.
- Be proficient in Excel.
Graphics or images in the PDF do not need to be transferred to Excel.
