I’m looking for a reliable tool to verify and control incoming supplier invoices.
Background:
I receive many PDF invoices from various suppliers – each with a different layout. My agreed purchase prices are stored in an Excel file.
Goal:
The tool should automatically read the PDF invoice and compare item numbers and prices with my Excel price list. It should then show me which items/prices don’t match or where everything is okay.
Features:
• Upload or drag-and-drop PDF files
• OCR support if needed
• Extract item numbers / descriptions + price
• Match with Excel data
• Show discrepancies clearly (color-coded)
• Optional: Export the result as an Excel report
Requirements:
• The tool must be in German (UI and output)
• Windows desktop application
• Easy to use and adaptable for new supplier formats
