PDF Lists to Excel Sheets
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a set of PDFs where all the content I care about appears as lists—many of those lists include nested sub-items. I need every list item lifted out as clean, editable text and placed into an Excel workbook.
Here is what matters to me:
• Only the text needs extracting; no images or table layouts.
• Each primary list item should occupy its own row. If a row has sub-items, please capture those in additional columns or an indented structure so the hierarchy is obvious at a glance.
• Accuracy is essential: spelling, punctuation, and the original order of items must be preserved.
• The final deliverable is an .xlsx file ready for sorting and filtering.
Feel free to automate the process with Python (pandas, tabula-py, PyPDF2) or any other tool you trust, as long as the output is reliable and requires no manual cleanup on my side. If you have suggestions for a smarter column layout for the nested lists, let me know before you start and I can confirm quickly.
