PDF to Google Spreadsheet apps script

I'm in search of someone who can help me create a script to make it easier for me to format a PDF file, enabling me to extract and manipulate specific data when importing it into Excel.
Here's a quick example of what I need:
1. Input (PDF file to upload to Google Spreadsheet): Attached to this post.
2. Output (the spreadsheet): bit.ly/3Pu9ulI
Data parse example:
a. Discard the pages without a table.
b. Remove the row without cells (dates)
c. Split name in 2 different columns (first name / last name).
d. On column "C", exclude rows with strings that starts with a "K".
e. Column D, remove the "MIDD-" string.
f. Remove unnecessary columns.
g. Add a "-" to the "PIN" number.
