PDF to Excel: Table Extraction

I have a number of PDF documents which contain simple tables with rows and columns that I need extracted and transferred into Excel.
Key Requirements:
- Extracting data from simple tables in PDFs
- Transferring the extracted data into an Excel spreadsheet
- Applying basic formatting to the Excel file such as bold headers and cell colors
