PDF to Excel Conversion with Specific Format

I have 73 PDFs that I need to be converted into separate Excel sheets. The Excel sheets need to follow a specific format, which is in table form with specific columns.

Key Requirements:
- Convert 73 PDFs into rows of an Excel sheet
- The Excel needs to follow a pre-defined format, which I will provide.
- The pre-defined format is in the form of tables with specific columns

The Excel sheets should contain all the data as shown in the template with a separate summary tab with the following:
- Average and standard deviation for each part
- Average and standard deviation parts total by invoice
- Average and standard deviation trip charge
- Average and standard deviation Material markup %
- Average and standard deviation Hours
- Average and standard deviation Installation labor
