PDF to Excel (Cleaned)

I need a PDF file (445 pages) to be converted to excel. It should have clean data. Straight PDF to excel conversion will not work (using online tools), most likely will need some automation. Need the data points from the attached pdf (sample) to look like the sample excel file.
