PDF Document to Spreadsheet Data Entry (1639 profiles)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I require an experienced data entry specialist who can accurately and efficiently copy information from a PDF documents into a spreadsheet.
Purpose:
Based on individuals' profiles, to understand the types of certifications individuals are obtaining and discern themes.
Deliverable:
An Excel spreadsheet detailing all certifications listed in each individual's profile. Each certification should occupy its own column. For instance, if an individual has 5 certifications, they will be in columns titled Certification 1, Certification 2, and so forth.
Similarly, education details should be extracted into distinct columns. Each education entry should have two columns: one for the institution or university and one for the qualification obtained.
The Excel sheet must also include a column indicating the country of each individual as listed in the PDF profile.
The Excel spreadsheet must faithfully represent the contents of the PDFs. No translation should be undertaken. If the entity is in a language other than English, it should remain in its native language.
The excel sheet provided has 537 entries already completed (in yellow) – 1639 are remaining to be completed.
Information Provided:
2176 profiles downloaded from LinkedIn in PDF format.
An Excel sheet containing names, LinkedIn profile links, companies, and positions (there are a total of 6624 names on the list, but only the 2176 PDFs provided need to be analysed with 537 already completed).
Work Process:
Interim deliverables are required.
Begin by processing the first 100 profiles, followed by the first 1000. Once reviewed and approved, the remaining profiles can be processed.
The winning bidder must conduct their own Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) on the spreadsheet. 5% of the profiles should be randomly selected and manually verified for accuracy before further processing.
The excel sheet and a sample of the PDF’s has been provided. All the profiles will be shared via google drive upon award.
