I'm looking for a Excel expert who can help me automate the extraction of data from 3 different PDF formats.
Requirements:
- Create 3 different Power Query scripts to extract both text and table data from PDFs located in a specified folder.
- The extracted data should be saved into multiple Excel files.
- Implement simple data transformations such as sorting and filtering after extraction.
