PDF Data Conversion

My project requires converting PDF data to an Excel Spreadsheet. The PDF documents consist of text only, with no images required to be converted. In total, there are more than 20 documents that need to be converted. Experience with the task is a must and excellent accuracy is required. I am attaching a sample Spreadsheet using the data in the tables that is highlighted. I am attaching a separate spreadsheet of a complete solution from a different piece of equipment so that you can see the order of the data.
