PDF Catalog to Excel Conversion

I need someone who can convert a PDF catalog into an Excel file. The catalog has more than 100 pages and is formatted in PDF. The final Excel file should have columns for Product ID, Description & Models, and Replaces OEM#. The freelancer will need to use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract the data from the PDF.
