PDF Billing Data Extraction to Excel
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of a highly skilled individual or team to help perform data extraction from approximately 1000 pdf bills. These bills relate to three different utilities: electricity, gas, and water. The majority of bills for each specific utility, depending on the retailer, are the same.
The features I need extracted from each bill include:
- Bill Amount
- Billing Dates
- NMI if electricty. MIRN if gas. If neither are present in bill, account number.
- GST if any
- Rebates
- Usage
*Please note that the other data required from bills is specifically labelled in our own templates. Data will be entered into the template in respective columns*
I then require this data to be neatly organized into separate columns in an Excel spreadsheet.
Preferably, you have experience with data extraction, PDF documents, Excel, and some background knowledge in utilities would be advantageous. High level of accuracy is vital due to the nature of the information. Communication during the project is key, particularly due to the different bill layouts. Proficiency in English is compulsory for effective communication.
