PAY STUBS TO BE CREATED FOR MONTH OF MARCH APRIL ,AND FIRST WEEK OF MAY

I am in need of someone to create pay stubs for me for the months of March, April, and the first week of May. The pay stubs need to be in Word Document format and only for one employee. I do not have a specific template in mind, but any standard design will suffice. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience in creating pay stubs. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH ON ACCURACY FOR NUMBERS I WILL PROVIDE SOME DATA <BUT REST WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY YOU.
