Automated software which PARSE PDF Invoices Extraction to Excel

Task to be performed by the program:
From the invoices in the folder PDF AND IMAGE (there are about 500 of them per month), take the following items:
Seller's VAT CODE (Called NIP CODE because the invoice is from Polish sellers)
The price without VAT
Invoice date
Invoice house
The problem is that each vendor issues invoices in a different template, so the program has to somehow recognize where the necessary data is.
There is like 10 different invoices templates from the sellers.
If you think you can handle this task, I can send you a sample excel where this information should go, and sample pdf invoice files. Do not offer OpenAi for this task, because i need 100% accurate invoices extract, not 70% or less.
