Monthly, we populate a spreadsheet with the over time of the technical team, and the weekend / night shifts of the tehnicians working outside the business hours.
We have a template that we want to improve.

1. Managers doing overtime (regular / night / weekend) and being oncall.
2. 24h shifts: complement to the salary based on night / weekend hours
we should be able to calculate monthly the amount to be added to the fixed salary
attached template (with complicated formulas and errors)
