Over hours Allowed

I want to share with my manager something more professional, while providing him with all the information he needs but in one worksheet. I'd like to keep track of the information daily, total of the weekend ending, and the total for the month. Each manager must input the information daily for each belt which calculates the hours and act volume per belt, each loader should be planned at with a PPH of 180 which you'll see on sheet number 3, which on the daily dashboard or total should automatically calculate from the employee sheet. You'll see on sheet 3 I have it set as purple belt but I need all the belts to have their individual information which you'll find all the belts and employees under the employee sheet. Also I am including an Addaline that I also need, but i am not sure if we can input it in here or if it will be too much. The Addaline is on sheet 5 and 6, I am including another attachment so you can get on idea of what i want on the Addaline that includes the total freq of the overall Volume as you input it daily, it goes updating the total w/e feb 4th, he wants to just look at one sheet and have everything he needs, as the other managers go in daily and put in the information he is requesting. Please keep in mind when inputting the Addaline it must each contain its individual sides, one addaline will have blue brown purple and red, the other wil have green, pink, orange, and tan. The ultimate goal is to see the planned vs the actual, productivity, he wants to hide the LOAD PPH from the other managers but where we can edit it. I included most formulas of more or less what we are looking for. On sheet 4 I inputted a video of more or less what I'd like to show him, but I'd also like to see one a little more simplified if possible. User friendly for all, lock cells the no one can touch except of course myself or the person editing it. Not sure if I explained myself correctly or missing details. Please feel free to reach out!
