Outlook Syncing & OneDrive Reconfiguration

I require someone with demonstrated experience in Windows platforms and Microsoft applications to assist in syncing Outlook across my laptop, desktop, and mobile.
Specifically, I am having problems with Email, Calendar and Contacts. While experience with these is necessary, overall proficiency in Outlook will be highly regarded.
Additionally, I need to change the default OneDrive cloud account. A good understanding of OneDrive may offer a quick and efficient resolution to this issue.
Although I'd prefer someone local in SE5 London who could visit and troubleshoot in person, I'm also open to working over phone call or remote access. Your bid should reflect either of these arrangements.
