Extract email addresses and their associated contact names from my Outlook email account. The goal of this project is to create a list of email addresses and their corresponding contact names from the 'sent' emails in my Outlook account.
1. Data Extraction:
- The freelancer will be provided access to my Outlook email account to extract data.
- The scope of the project is limited to extracting data from less than 1,000 'sent' emails in the account.
2. Create a List of Sent Email Addresses:
- The freelancer should extract all email addresses from the 'To' field of the 'sent' emails.
3. Associate Contact Names:
- For each extracted email address, the freelancer should also retrieve and associate the corresponding contact name from the Outlook contacts (if available).
4. Data Formatting:
- Ensure that the extracted email addresses and associated contact names are presented in a clean and organized format, such as a spreadsheet (e.g., Microsoft Excel or CSV).
