Organized Excel Data Entry

I have a project involving entering both text and numbers into an Excel sheet. The preference is for someone who can organize content into specific categories. Importantly, there will be no need for any processing or calculations on the data. I'd prefer someone who is meticulous, quick, and familiar with Excel formatting commands.
