Organize & Input Data into Notion

I need a database expert to help me create a database in Notion to organize and manage my filings. The database will receive inputs from multiple Excel sheets.
Key requirements:
- Capability to store Text data, Numerical data, Date and time data
- Ability to handle and organize more than 10 different types of information.
- Key functions I need include Data filtering and sorting, Automated data entry from Excel and User access control.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in Notion and experience with creating complex databases.
- Strong background in handling different types of data and automating data input.
- Ability to implement user access control efficiently.
