Organization of the table (Gantt) on word file

Table (Gantt chart) organization. See the example of Gantt Chart on the web (google image search). Please make all month's squares (rows) as small as possible, all even. You can manipulate the column of WP (make it larger for example). Make the whole table as small as possible but all text should be visible.
Can be done on excel but also to explain how to extract to word.
It's a super tiny project so only the min allowed project (10$) proposals shall be considered.
