Options Data Real Time Data Analysis (Microsoft Excel)

I need someone to help me create an excel which imports data from a weblink and then create data check points in every 5 minutes and throw analysis in real time in graphics by way of chart or any other way possible. Currently what I am doing is analysing the previous day data with live data what I want to achieve is to compare live data automatically with data that was captured 5 minutes ago. Some samples are mentioned below please feel free to shoot your questions. You should have pro level excel skills and should be able to demonstrate previous work in similar industry.
