Optimise Word & Excel files for printing on A3 with change of logo & dates

these are two zip files (one is 115mB & the other is 130mB that are used for the maintenance of a building in two parts : Residential & Commercial
1. Ignore all PDF files
2. Concentrate only on Word & Excel documents
3. Many are duplicated : IGNORE duplicated & repeated files
4. All files have the logo of the previous maintenance company : remove & drop in our logo
5. Remove the phrase 'Controlled document .. etc etc
6. All files whether word or excel must be optimised for printing on A3
7. all dates like '09/11/2019' etc must be left blank in days & months but not in year / / 2023
8. The printing in A3 may be either Portrait or Landscape
9. Keep the titles of the Excel & Word files
10. Each file must have a PDF ready to print and to be filled in by hand alongside with its Excel or Word
11. Return to me in Google Drive links : one for Commercial & one for Residential

Start by identifying duplicate files and deleting them
also deleting ALL existing PDF files since I already have them
