Operational Systems Automation

URGENT HELP REQUIRED.
I'm searching for an individual or team to automate certain sections of my operational systems. Key features should include:
- Development of automation for operational systems based around form submissions. For example: We have 40+ Field engineers across the country, They work on the energy suppliers software for data capture on site. We get a transcrypt of this data for billing and payment purposes 10 days later to porocess which isnt ideal.
to counter this we use a standard end of job report form (Jotform) for them to submit to us after every job so we can forcast what is being completed in the field and pick up on this early.
We are wanting to integrate the live in field information onto an operations screen in the office, Each energineer has a row and the colums are times. Every time they submit the form it will show on the screen with what they have done, similar to a scheduling programme.
With this we want it to be formatted so it has a revenue attached to it. This will then give us total daily/weekly revenue per engineer live on the screen. Also gives us the ability to pick up on trends, example, Josh has only completed 2 jobs and its 14:00 when he usually does 4. The ops team can see it live on the screen and chase this up.
We have a lot of Jotforms that engineers complete and we use this very oiften, I am looking to build multiple forms into this so we can pull p&l reports.
- Specifically, this should include automating completed job cards on site.
Ideal freelancer characteristics:
- Vital experience in system automation, specifically within the operational side.
- An understanding of inventory management, customer support, and sales and invoicing.
- Proficiency in optimizing procurement, order fulfillment, and manufacturing processes.
- Capability in effectively automating different form submissions, with focus on job card completion.
