Online Auction Sales Template

Hello! I need a template that i can use for our online auctions we do. I have attached a picture of what we are thinking of. Basically i need a template that will keep track of a winner, the item they one, the cost of the item, how many they won, the sold price they won it at, the time they won it, the amount of people that are in the room, and then a note section. All of this would need to be able to be printed on a standard sheet of paper 8.5 x 11.
The cost of items, the quantity, and the sold price would need sum totals at the end. Most of the items will be quantity 1, but we would like it if when we entered quantity greater than 1 that it would update to a grand total in the Sold section if thats possible? So say we sold 3 of an item at $20 when we entered the qty 3 and then put 20 in the sold column it would automatically adjust to $60. If thats not possible then we would need to add an extra column for a .total
