One Excel formula to populate data

Just a SIMPLE work for those who know how to use excel formula . Just need 1 formula and use the same formula to populate the 7 excels for me
To be awarded , you need to show me sample data that your formula works to acheive the above



Need to assist to populate 7 files - 5 shopee files and 2 lazada file

5 shopee files column K SKU
2 lazada file column J Seller SKU



WHAT TO DO :

POPULATE the new SKU IN SHOPEE.xls COLUMN N AND LAZADA.xls COLUMN P

1)SKU has to be unique for each Excel File (Process the formula on excel 1 by 1 , there is not relationship between the 7 excels)
Example

MnfUpBriefRandom - if 1 found in the excel - output MnfUpBriefRandom^
MnfUpBriefRandom - if 2 found in the excel - output MnfUpBriefRandom^ and MnfUpBriefRandom^^
MnfUpBriefRandom - if 3 found in the excel -output MnfUpBriefRandom^ and MnfUpBriefRandom^^ MnfUpBriefRandom^^^
MnfUpBriefRandom - if 4 found in the excel -output MnfUpBriefRandom^ and MnfUpBriefRandom^^ MnfUpBriefRandom^^^ MnfUpBriefRandom^^^^
and so on ...............


Please also give me the excel formula that you use to acheive the above and also provide a simply instruction on how to use the excel formula
