Office 365 Word insert a pdf with many pages easily and shortest way

In word (office 365) I would like to insert the content of pdf - several pages - into the running text. This should be done as simply as possible. A macro would be good. I find it awkward to first convert a PDF into a tif.

Addition: if possible, the pdf should also be taken over from a pdf attachment of a mail from outlook in a very simple way without saving this file first.
