OCR Bills to Organized List

I need about 110 bills converted into an organized list. They are in multiple formats: JPEG, JPG, PDF, Word, Excel.

Required Fields:
- Date
- Company Name
- Amount in USD and DKK

Output:
- PDF and Excel formats
- Bills listed by date in ascending order (oldest first)
- Each bill numbered (e.g., Ud 1, Ud 2)
- Fields highlighted: Date, Company Name, Amount

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with OCR software (no preference on tools)
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data extraction
- Ability to organize and format data in PDF and Excel
