Nursing Roster template

I'm looking for a roster template for my business that will help me manage my staff's shifts and work hours. I need the roster to be monthly and have specific roles or positions included. Additionally, I need it to include specific shifts or work hours in order to best manage my staff. If you are able to create an effective template that meets all these requirements, please reach out so that we can discuss the specifics of this project. I will also need to print out the daily staffing lists eg. whos on the early, whos on the late and whos on the night shift. I also need to be able to tally each person line in the roster as in how many shifts they need and then if they have enough rostered. I also need it to tally up how many people I have on each shift. Ideally I would like to be able to fill the shifts by clicking and not typing each shift. I have attached what we are working with right now and its a dogs breakfast! Formulas are corrupt, it doesnt all transfer to the allocations page.
