Numbers Spreadsheet Design & Solution

I'm currently using the Numbers program to track capacity and I require a custom spreadsheet that's capable of executing basic arithmetic calculations and displaying data using graphs and charts. This spreadsheet would have under 100 columns and rows. The ideal freelancer for this project should possess an expertise in Numbers, with a keen understanding of how to utilise its arithmetic and data visualization features.
