New Workbook Creation for Business Review

I am in need of a seasoned Excel specialist to create a new, efficient workbook from an old one, incorporating necessary adjustments for our evolving & varying requirements. This workbook will be utilized for a comprehensive review of new and current businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform an existing, inefficient workbook into a new one
- Implement necessary adjustments to meet changing requirements
- Streamline data for clarity and ease of use
The primary use of this workbook will be to confirm the viability and compliance for various funders. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both financial and operational metrics, as well as experience in creating tools for financial reviews.
Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong background in finance tracking
- Previous work on financial reviews and operational reviews
- Proven ability to assess financial viability and business sustainability
The attached file is extremely out of date and I would like to be able to give guidance for the changes I need but am open to suggestions.
There are a number of variables to the use of the workbook and I am to have a single workbook with the ability to pick and choose the pages required.
A large number of the functions in this excel workbook are incorrect so this is to be used as a guide only.
