Needing an Excel expert to help with existing file

Need an excel expert to assist with an existing file that contains multiple sheets, formulas and conditional formatting. Looking for someone who is patient, understanding, offers multiple solutions and not just does what is requested because my knowledge in this field is limited.

Current file is a financial plan that I want to incorporate other financial and accounting principles.
