I would like it in a flow chart layout, but need to keep in simple and tidy and easily changeable
i need to be able to change the dates, by clicking the start dated and then entering the number of days for the trip , and it need to auto populate correctly
each activity has a cost box that auto calculates at the end of the sheet and also auto calculates the entire trip cost
