Need to record production and inventory data in google forms and appsheets, data summarisation in google sheets with week wise trends.

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me record and manage my production, inventory, and other related data. This project will involve data recording on a daily basis, in google forms, appsheets, which will then have to be summarized into weekly trends in Google Sheets. The data that needs to be recorded consists of both production data and inventory data. I am looking for a highly skilled freelancer to be able to handle this task and efficiently track any changes throughout the weeks, months, and years. I am hoping that with this new system in place, it'll help me manage my data turned into easily viewable and understandable trends and summaries.
