Need help making my own paystub

I am looking for some help creating my own paystub for the job I just got. I get paystubs from my job, however, its hard for me to calculate my upcoming paystubs with the various benefits that I have. Basically I want an excel spreadsheet that lists off everything to help me understand where my earnings are, what my deductions are, and what my net pay is predicted to be. This will help me plan financially and help me with my budget.
Please reference to the screenshot. I have a "rough draft" with some very basic formulas typed up, let me walk you through it:
-Columns A and B, 1-15 are pretty self explanatory. They days, and the hours I worked (or plan to work) on that day.
-Columns E, F, and G are the shifts. This is how they organize who is working at what times. Each of these shifts are given a letter to represent. Column E are the letters, column F are the times you work if you're scheduled for that letter, and G is the amount of payable work that can be achieved while working that shift. All that being said, Column C are the letters that I am schedule for. For example, on March 26th, I will be working the A shift as represented in Column C. Going over to column E, F, and G, it shows that the A shift is from 7am-5pm, and there are 10 payable hours that can be achieved that day, which makes sense. But if you look at the F shift, you will notice that half an hour is not included in the shift. This is because we have 30min of unpaid break that is put into our paycheck. Any shift over 4 hours (not including the 4th hour, so hours 5+) has that 30min break added on, EXCEPT for the 10hr shifts which are only given on weekends. Those breaks are paid for. Why? Couldn't tell ya, its kind of confusing.
-Moving onto columns I, J, K, L, N, and O, and also Columns A&B 17-22, this is my shift differential pay. My base pay is at my job is $16.65. I feel the differential pay chart is easy to understand, but if you have questions let me know. We get paid extra per hour whenever we work within this chart, excluding shift 1. For example, going back to my March 26th day, am expected to work 8 hours within the shift 4 differential, and 2 hours within the shift 5 differential pay. 16.65+2 is 18.65 per hour for 8 hours, and 16.65+2.75 is 19.40 per hour for two hours. So I am expected to make a gross earn of $188 on Saturday the 26th. Hopefully this spells it out enough, but again, let me know if you have questions.
So, with all of that being said, what I want is to be able to be able to punch my shift letter in for a given date, and the spreadsheet will automatically calculate literally everything for me. It doesn't have to be laid out exactly how I have it, just would like to have the dates and the letters easily accessible since they change every two weeks when the new paycheck comes out. I plan to work on the 26th, which is a saturday. I want to be able to put in the date, and the letter A, and the spreadsheet will know my working hours, calculate base pay, shift differential pay added on, along with tax deductions and be able to very accurately calculate my Net pay using the sheet. I know this is a lot to ask for, so bare with me and Im just hoping its possible. Thank you!
