Need help in designing VB macro for Excel to send bulk emails.. -- 3

I can send emails using Thunderbird. I used to send email using excel earlier, but now its not working . I want some expert help in either checking previous macro or designing new VB macro for Excel to send emails.. Please share a video of excel - where i have text email and database of email addresses, name and first name; program should send emails using thunderbird or outlook ; email address in "To" field should be changed to customer full name and first name in email content. When click on send email - it should confirm its sent at this time. save in sent items. Next email after a pause of 120 seconds. Can you do this, if yes, please share in small video -
