Need a graph chart and track data for sales and marketing

I need a report that can track data for sales and marketing and give me a graph chart. For example, the number of leads a salesperson got, how many of them turned into proposals, how many were closed, and how many were lost. a different graph that shows why the deal didn't work out. a separate chart showing where their leads have come from. This is needed in TWO HOURS.
