Need a freelancer to do excel work with our database

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can take an excel file in order to check and fix records.
The work is mainly to check the record on the file and check if it exist on our gov excel sheet.
If not, you'll have to search for the record based on other values and find the right word.

Sometime, the gov is adding spaces, commas and stuff like that so feel free if you wanna run a code.

Please specify the hourly rate.
