Need an expert in Excel macros (VBA programming) for file review automation.

I have some excel files containing a list of medications used (MedicationsbyPatient.xls) by different patients in which I have to make sure that the medication dosage, frequency, route of administration, start/end date and indication are correct. To do this I created a database (DrugsDB.xls) with a large number of drugs available on the market, as well as medical history lists to corroborate the indication (HistorybyPatient).

Therefore, the macro I need is one that automatically compares field by field (the above mentioned) between the MedicationsbyPatient file and DrugsDB and HistorybyPatient to know if there is a possible error in the entered medication information.
