Need excel spreadsheet built for fleet maintenance

I have a fleet inventory with maintenance schedules in a spreadsheet. I would like to be able to manually input the hours/mileage of equipment and have the sheet flag any maintenance upcoming and due based on the hours/mileage inputted. I would also like to have a calendar available showing what equipment is currently in maintenance. i.e. available or not
