Need excel script that deletes row from spreadsheet where email address matches email address on list.

I have a spreadsheet with several thousand contacts. Many of them have expired. I have a list of the expired email addresses. Rather than manually go through the list and delete matches, I'm looking for an excel script that looks at the table given and deletes the matching row. The script should work in three modes. It should have a preview mode where it matches one record at a time, finds the record then requests my approval to delete the record. The second mode should give me an option to delete the email field only and not the row.
Otherwise, it should have a bulk mode where it deletes records or gives me an option to just delete the email on the row and not the row itself.
