Need a excel program which will make barcodes with text

We are looking for a person who can design a program using which we can make barcode labels with text (Reference attached - "1.png") with the following details:
1. Barcode
2. FNSKU
3. Product Name
4. Boxes
5. Manufacturing Date
6. Expiry Date
7. MRP
This program should make a barcode label from the information entered into an excel sheet (reference excel sheet attached - Information for Barcode printing.xlsx) and prepare a pdf that can be printed using a thermal printer.
