Need excel formula

I need a formula (NOT MACRO) created to count values like this: 10W, 11W, 12W, 13W etc. And also 10L, 11L, 12L, 13L etc. I attached a file. Please check the columns shaded in yellow. Those are the columns that need the formula to count the values within the area that begins at Column BQ. Need asap.
