Need excel file to be organised properly

I am in need of help to organise a specified excel file. I would need assistance with creating formulas as well as with sorting data, formatting cells, and more. I'm open to suggestion and do not have a particular formula in mind, but I do require the task to be completed within 24 hours. Thank you in advance for your help.
