Need an excel expert

Need an excel expert to create a detailed report (with pivot tables, graphs, etc) from large data set from an exported excel file that identifies complaints (found in the data set) based on various column headers(e.g identify complaints where the "submission date" header column is late and/or missing compared against the "due date" header column.
