Need to download data from url to excel and arrange in proper format

Web page scanner scans the stock and gives alert I need the stock alert that are updated by scanner in the Excel along with the time when it gave alert with the count of repetition and i will also maintain extra stock that in one sheet in same excel.if the alert ed stock matches with the one that I have enter it will show some symbol agains it .
