Need to create this investment and budgeting file -- 2

I have a current company and we use the following excel sheet file for our clients, I want to redesign and make it as my own and copy the core essence of the program but with my own twist. I want to mix some files into it and make it more interactive.
The file original file is locked so only two files/tap below are open. Therefore once we unlocked the file under Cashflow analysis "unlock property roadmap" then 2 new tabs will open (this is the attached file- the unlocked version). I want you to able to recreate the original file.
Add Kiwisaver calculator in the planner. Make it more interactive, visually, by thinking investments picture, money growing, funds, etc as visuals and goals
