Need to connect excel with server to check the validity of key along with system id or something so that we could prevent piracy of our excel file.

I have made one small utility file in excel which I want to give to some of my office mates but I want them to prevent it to distribute it further.
So for that I Need to connect excel with server to check the validity of key along with system id or something so that we could prevent piracy of my excel file.
If key is valid for 1 month on the server then excel should work for 1 month only.. if key has reached to expiry date then excel should also not work. (we can put the function to make macro stop working further).
it should display msg that key expired. please contact the owner.
also, if he copies the excel on another machine then also it should not work.
need this functionality in Mac as well as windows excel.
