Need changes made to an existing excel macro-enabled workbook

I have an existing workbook that I use to make work assignments and balance workload for my employees. My needs have changed and I need to change the "Complex" & "Non-Complex" skillset expanded to include 51 total fields from the current 2. In addition there is currently a workload "cap" which I need to be removed. I have uploaded the file.
I have sometimes had individuals apply for work here when they have not read the brief or understood the project. If you can take this on, please include in any message or proposal to me that you have looked at the attached file and confirm you can increase the skillset field from 2 to 51 and that you can remove the cap.
