Need to build a file with mutiple sheets that update. REvenue, production, projections

We are a craft brewery, we want to build an spreadsheet file that we can update that shows revenue by dollars, counts units sold by dollar and volume both weekly and monthly for the year and helps to project what will be needed over a 3 month span. Ideally it is something that can be updated once a week and all the numbers and formulas take care of the rest. The first sheet would be a YTD summary of all the sheets.
